Meet someone. Scan. You're connected for good.

Kardo gives everyone on your team a digital contact card at their own link. One tap saves it to a phone's Contacts, and it stays up to date after that.

No app to install. It opens in the phone's browser.

How a card gets to a phone

  1. 1

    Make the card

Add a name, title, phone, email and photo. Pick a theme, or let your company's brand kit do it.

    Name
    Kardo
    Title
    Your space to connect
  2. 2

Share the link or the QR

Every card has both. Put them on a slide, a lanyard, an email signature or a printed card.

  3. 3

    They save you

Your details open in their Contacts with your photo and every field. There's no app to install.

    Saved to Contacts

One account for the whole team

Saves straight to Contacts

The contact file carries the photo and every field, so the visitor ends up with a complete contact instead of a bookmark.

Put it anywhere someone might ask for your number

  • At an event

Show the QR on your badge or a slide. Anyone with a camera can scan it.

  • In a meeting

Send the link in the chat. They tap once and you are in their Contacts.

  • On paper

Print the QR on a card, a poster or a folder. It keeps working after your details change.

Questions people ask first

Something missing? Write to [email protected].

Do people need an app to save my card?

No. The card opens in the phone's browser. On iPhone, one tap opens the Contacts sheet. Some in-app browsers, like WhatsApp and Instagram, download the file instead. Opening the link in Safari or Chrome fixes that.

What happens to a printed QR if I change my details?

Nothing breaks. The QR points to your card's link, and that link never changes after you create the card. Update the card and the same QR shows the new details.

Who can edit a card?

Admins can edit and delete every card in the company. Members can edit the cards they created.

What does Kardo track?

Views, saves and QR scans for each card, so admins can see what happened. It stores no IP addresses and no device details.

Will Google list our cards?

No. Cards hold personal contact details, so they are kept out of search engines.

Does it cost anything?

No. Kardo is free.

Who makes Kardo?

Kardo is a product by We Are Designers, a design studio. Each card carries a small credit that links to our site.
